You get this error: "Killed by signal 15." when you try to get files from a subversion svn server, when you try to commit or update. This is due to some bug in in subversion, but this can be fixed if you add a -q option to your ~/.subversion/config file at line where you define ssh/ssh port at [tunnels] section:

For example in case you use a different port number for ssh (rather than standard 22) your line should be (asuming 2222 is the ssh port):

ssh2222 = /usr/bin/ssh -q -p 2222 -l dragos

In that case to update from svn you use:

svn+ssh2222:// This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it /home/svn/repo/project1

where:

john - is svn and system user
/home/svn/repo/project1- is path on svn server
10.0.0.100 - is the IP of SVN server
2222 - port for SSH
