Diff Two Files and Ignore All Whitespaces Including Tabs PDF

Let's say you want to compare two files using diff command and one file has the text formatted differently with tabs but is the same code so you want to ignore tabs and spaces. In this case you'll use -w option:

  diff -w file1 file2
